You hear the sizzle and smell the sauce – whet your appetite again and again as condiments of the world and spices from all corners unite in perfect harmony as they transform mere food into art. Tradition, culture and practices all show in the preparation and the presentation of the food. When you take a bite into the dishes, you are biting of a piece of hundreds of years of culture mixed in with even ore years of evolution and contemporary perspective.
Asian food fairs are also not limited to the food alone; there are usually traditional dances, shows and performances by some of the regions best. Enjoy ethnic performances by the established acts as well as fresh and new amateurs.
